Comments: Farmington Lakes is a pet friendly community, however we do have breed restrictions including: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Huskie, Alaskan Malamute, Dalmatian, Doberman, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Boxer, Saint Bernard, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff and Akita. Cats must be spayed or neutered. Veterinarian records and current immunizations are required.
